Tan Wen Wei

Wen Wei is an analyst in EIU’s Asia team, and is based in the Singapore office. Wen Wei is responsible for the coverage and forecasts of Singapore and Malaysia.

Prior to joining EIU, Wen Wei worked at the Ministry of Finance, Fiscal Policy Division, where he conducted reviews of fiscal and budgeting policies and helped to shape the security and resilience expenditure priorities for Singapore. He also has account and project management experience in the healthcare sector.

Wen Wei holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Singapore Management University and an undergraduate degree in bioengineering from the National University of Singapore.
