At a global level, EIU forecasts that GDP will expand by 4% in 2022. This robust growth will boost activity for banks, payment processors, insurers and fund managers. Rising interest rates and margins will also improve prospects for many financial firms next year, as will manageable levels of bad loans in most markets.
